First of all, I give 2 stars to indifference and neglect. There is no way. No attendant. No explanatory signage. I can share the information as citations. Strabo gave information about the location of the settlement and its intended use. According to his description, there is a village called Acharaka in Nysa on the road from Nysa to Tralleis and from there to Ephesus (Ephesus). In this village there is a temple of Persephone and Pluto, as well as a cave called Kharonion, which Strabo described as extraordinary. People who are sick come to this cave near Acharaka to be treated by gods and priests. A treatment is applied according to the dreams of the patients. The patients are taken to the cave by the priests and left alone and no food is given to the patient during this period. Forbidden to all but the sick and priests, this cave can be lethal to other people.
