It is a different company that I used for the first (and last) time, which is definitely not professional, does not understand the state without washing it. How you washed the carpet with a method and made it impossible to recycle. I still haven't made any sense (see photographs). His carpet came back with his hair broken and torn. When I called and reported the situation to the company, they said they would come and check the situation, but of course there is no coming and going. In the state that we could not apply to legal remedies because they did not give any voucher / document while taking the carpet from the house and delivering it.

I think the carpet factory opened for the first time in Nazilli has since then had them washed, I am very pleased, I recommend it to everyone, thank you for your effort.
