Terrible experience. Terrible service. Terrible food. We had to wait 30 minutes for some water and bread, the food was not fresh aaaand they brought us uncooked fish. Then we complained and they apologized hundreds of times, cooked the fish again and said that it was offered by the house as an apology. We accepted but then when it was the moment to leave they asked us to Pay! They do not have a menu, you have to ask everything to the waiters but none of them speaks English and all of them spend their time smoking or checking their phones rather than working.. I highly recommend to avoid this trash place

Unfriendly Waiters. No Menu, just information from the Waiter. Horrible Prices for an nearly empty Plate. Chairs are broken so your Shirt will get ripped. Music so loud the Waiter can’t talk to you, but he has to because there isn’t a Menu. Unhygienic and nasty. Please don’t go inside.

I parked my car with them and agreed with the employee that I can leave the car there until I need it again. The security (who is the chief issue) had a completely different opinion and told me that I have to park my car. The next day I complained there and said what that was about. The employee agreed with me and said that I can leave my car there again. The boss was there and agreed to everything. The next day I went to the security guy and said what that was about. He was mucking and spat out loud sounds just because he had 5-6 men behind him. If he were there alone I would have known what to do. But it is clear that you have more courage when there are seven of you against a single youngster. So in summary, better not go there. Have read a lot of bad reviews about the rip off etc. concerns. Better go to the Sensation or Medusa Beach club.

All the beach clubs in this row are a catastrophe where sensation is still ok, no vodka, no cola, no pizza despite everything in the menu, not even kechtup or majo. Pure disaster clubs Never! I would rather pay 70tl entry at Blue Point for that I have adequate service. But you can throw this in the trash, just not a little loud music anymore. Miles away from a good beach club. Never again.
