First of all, the staff does not care about the guests in any way, everyone acts on their own mind. The restaurant section is already awful, I stayed 2 nights and I was hungry, while eating, the cats never leave them alone, they jump on the table, after I eat, my empty plates stay on the table for a long time and the leftovers are eaten by cats. The tables are not cleaned in the restaurant, the floors are not cleaned. Hygiene is zero. There were always old food residues on the forks and I couldn't stomach to use it. The rooms were nice and large, but it was not clean, the floors were always covered with dust and the bath towels smelled of food. The pool was very dirty and couldn't be seen from the blur. When I wanted coke in the hotel where I stayed with its all-inclusive package, it was said that there was no coke left, the lids of coffee and milk were open. Covid 19 rules are not followed. I definitely wouldn't recommend you to go. I paid 350 TL per night in the hotel where I will stay for 2 nights and told the person at the reception that I wanted to leave the hotel after 1 night and stated my reason for leaving. The person at the reception told me what you expect from the hotel that you gave 350 TL and it means you can complain. If you do not want to be disgraced with your money, never choose this place.

We came with the recommendation of our friends, but we were very pleased with the comments before we were worried about the comments, we are currently staying at the hotel, although we have three daughters, it is a very safe hotel, the food is great, of course it can be better but enough drinks according to the money we pay the most well-known brands like the ones we bought in our house. Every once in a while there is a street 20 meters of entertainment places, bars 100 meters away, you can walk at night, you know many internet shopping places, again between 50 and 100 meters from the environment, the garden is suitable for the distance due to the iron, the garden is well-groomed and tastefully furnished.We recommend it to everyone We have been here for 3 days, 7 days here better expensive I come to a 5 star hotel, we will pay 500 TL per person and stay here by paying 150 TL.

First of all, the staff is very uninterested and nobody cares for the guests. Dinner is very tasteless and pandemic rules are not followed. The forks and knives were in the middle and they were dirty, some of the staff are not wearing masks. After the disgraceful dinner in the hotel where I stayed all-inclusive, we wanted to go to the pool and drink soft drinks at least, but there were no soft drinks left at 9 o'clock. Morning breakfast was very bad, all the delicatessen products were chicken. The bottom of the pool run was never visible. We stayed for 2 nights and at the end of the 1st night I told the manager that I was not satisfied with the hotel and that I did not want to spend the other night here. While waiting for the hotel manager to ask us what our complaints were and to promise to correct the mistakes, his answer was "What do you expect from a hotel with 350 TL per night".
