There is no dryer in the room, the electricity went out for hours and there is no generator. Also, the room is so small we barely fit. Customer satisfaction is zero. They didn't have a tattoo. Although it is forbidden to smoke inside, they continue to drink, even though I warn me that I am uncomfortable. I give 1 point so that my comment can be seen.

This hotel is literally disgrace. Can you imagine there is no generator in the hotel. There's no electricity, and the staff and managers are very courageous saying there's nothing to do. Do not look for customer satisfaction at this hotel. If you seek satisfaction, management will defend itself to you in a cocky and brazen way. I would say, let alone stay in this hotel. In a word, the last act of disgrace.
