Great food, excellent customer service and right near the beach. From the Guest Services Manager, Front Desk Manager, and Restaurant Supervisors to the great staff at the Spa, all staff here are clearly well trained. Brand new hotel. We will be back from the U.K. next year!

Nice new hotel. Great food, but a lot needs to be done to put 5 *.From time to time the stench in the room. Cleaning is not every day, and replenishment of the bar in the room is almost non-existent

The hotel itself looks absolutely stunning. Rooms are luminous and tidy. Food is also very good. There are about 4 or 5 bars in the hotel and there's also a patisserie. The staff is friendly and speaks english(-ish) We had a problem with our door card but we called the reception and it was solved in no time. The drinks are also good. (Actual, original drinks, not local brands.) And free minibar was a good bonus. The beach is over a little roadway and you get there through an underground passage that's about 30 to 40 meters long. The beach itself is a little small, and in places the sea is a tad bit rocky, but it's all good once you find the spots where there are no rocks. The Agean Sea is beautiful and near the shore there is a small island on which you can get by walking through knee-deep water. To be fair, there isn't much to do, the territory of the building is rather small, but they do have diverse activities throughout the day, an aquapark and also an "evening show" that hosts different artists doing acrobatics or singing live music. Overall we enjoyed our stay. One more thing I have to add is that the restaurant hostess, Nurcan was really welcoming and always put a smile on our faces. (If the hotel owner is reading this - I think she deserves a salary raise.) :)

The hotel is just decent for it's price tag. For some reason I got stuffed in a room with turned off fridge(rip mini bar, fixed 1h after gettin in), dead safe(no batteries, had to diagnose and fix myself, reception ignored the problem), and broken soap dispenser(had to fix myself too!). It takes effort to fail at so many simple tasks simultaneosly... Cherry on the top - arrogant drunktard neighbors from ukraine who for some reason think they are the world's pinnakle. Never ever settle on the same floor as russian/ukr as those guys umderstand only "security". Noise due to ongoing construction - they will not respect your comfort and will fix stuff while u walk right next to them - unbelievable, could literally put a window frame on your head by mistake... The only good things were food and bars, though some bartenders do not deserve to be called like this... There are some good guys though, especially in the central lobby bar called ada. Without bars I would not have survived this torture...
