I would have really wanted to rate caprice 5 stars as it should because it is a 5-star resort with it's famous thermal spa. However, it is such a shame to see the downgration from 7 years ago. The caprice i knew back then did not have plastic cups and a roomservice which basically does not exist. I am very disappointed in caprice. I expected my stay to be as good as last time. It unfortunately did not live up to my expectations.
