This is now the only authorized Arçelik dealer in Didim. This company is exactly what appears on the road to Akbük, called Çınar. Since they are the only company, their sales attitude is also according to him. There are also authorized dealers selling Beko in Didim. Beko and Arçelik are not the same authorized dealer in Didim. On the same product, one has the Beko logo and the other is Arçelik. Even the prices (campaigns) of the same products on the Internet. In other words, it may be profitable to meet with Beko dealers without purchasing a product here. Technical service for product after sales, assembly, warranty and maintenance is in the same Didim. There is only one authorized service for Beko and Arçelik.

they sell the wrong product, without making a logical explanation '' do not change '' do not repair, I do not recommend this shop This shop is pure scam! They sell broken products and don't take them back later.

They sell products with line in the store and do not recognize the right of 14 days on the internet as a right to their customers, when you ask why, they say "we cannot do" without any explanation. If you do not want to be unhappy with this arcelik store, which is advancing in fraudulent logic, I do not recommend you to buy anything. Alltough it says on the internet that customers have the right to get refunds on products in 14 days this shop doesnt give you the right, the only explanation is '' we can't '' Its a total scam, product is not working they took my money and don't take the product back. basically if you dont want to get scammed don't buy here.
