All credit goes to their cleaners and kitchen and serving staff. They are absolute gold and the reason for the 5 star Extremely hard-working people and keep all area net and clean all the time. I had some issues with the front desk team, which are not very helpful, but other than that, it's a gold resort. Suggestion, please have the super king-size beds. And a thank you to Abdul Qadir who normally serve tea and coffee in sofra Kitchen.

Everyone is friendly and always happy to help. Great food and entertainment. Water slides on site. Mini golf. Tennis courts and so much more. Great holiday.

Hotel grounds and pools are nice but following my visit for two weeks at the back end of August 2020 it is clear that they are not at all geared up for the new Covid normal. Absolutely gutted. I spent a small fortune to go here all inclusive. I'd booked in Jan20 but Tui wouldn't give me my money back as Tui said everything was open and operating normally. It wasn't! Half of it was closed, food was appalling and it was woefully understaffed with people that didn't seem to want to be there. We had to wait three hours to be allocated our rooms, my four kids were going nuts considering the journey! The on site shops and water sports we're doing their very best to rip us off with ridiculous prices. Even the hotel wouldn't display exchange rates and wouldn't take card, very transparent and ethical! I could go on but even I'm bored. It's rubbish, spend your money elsewhere.

I don't know how is the resort in full season or without the pandemic problems... But for us it was perfect. I think the occupation was 50%, so there was enough space, we always found sunbeds and the Bach was free. The food was good, the rooms clean, the staff friendly (even if they don't speak English very well). The most beautiful thing : the vegetation, clean water (pools and sea), the slides (There was no queue). What I didn't like: the smell (there was a strange smell of poop and diesel all over the place). Also I was disappointed that I had to choose just one restaurant (between the 3 special ones Chinese, Mexican and seafood) because you only get one free meal at these restaurants, and you have to make a reservation. Over all I think it's a beautiful resort and I recommend it!!!
