My husband and I stayed here September 2020 and loved it from the staff to rooms everything was fantastic we will be returning soon

Very bad hotel• You pay for Ultra All inclusive, but they charge you extra for everything. Bad food, dirty rooms, wet and dirty pool side, no internet or very low, No Corona protocols, all tables and beach beds are very close and no possible social distancing• Waited for 4 hours to get a room to be told that we won't get the rooms in the main hotel as we paid, unless we pay additional 100 eu, and it was the same with the guests before us• Avoid this hotel!!!

Plenty of pools , friendly helpful staff , clean and tidy .. the food was not to my taste but fine and in lots of locations throughout the site, it would have been nice to have a little more information as it took us all week to find things out and then we were due to fly home, so did miss out on things , but i would stay again 😀
