When I went to the institution where we went with the complaint of sty chalazion that my daughter was experiencing, when the treatment did not give results, my daughter, who had surgery, caused the reaction in the eye after the surgery, the medications she gave after the surgery did not tell us about the allergy situation, and after I told us that the condition would pass with the complaint of redness and itching, and I asked why it made the eye worse. The doctor of the institution, Halil İbrahim Kaya, who did not accept his mistake by saying that the patient did not use his medicines properly and ruined the psychology of my daughter who was worse after the surgery, made us a victim with his speech and style as if to discriminate patients. When I explained the situation to the General Manager of the Institution Özgür, he said that the problem would be solved with another doctor, but he did not accept the doctor's mistake, but those who will go because of the 2nd class human treatment I experienced in this process, let them think twice, health is everything. I regret that I went to the institution because of the impulsive speeches and the sad speeches that could be called free of charge in the following process. Choose a doctor and institution that gives confidence, no one should be a victim.
