It is a hospital we have been to for 13 years.
I am a mother of 3 children. They enabled my children to grow up without any fear of doctors. If we have to stay and go somewhere, they will wash the house so we can go to my aunt ☺️
It took a very short time for the lady of the house to diagnose the problem in her stomach after giving birth to my son. The fact that the medication we took on the next day after the endoscopy we entered when we were 11 months old worked, made me think that I found the place to entrust my children with my eyes closed.
My middle daughter grew up much more comfortably compared to my son. There was no health problem other than minor fever.
But soon after my youngest daughter was born, blood started to come from her poop. It took us a lot of work because of the multiple food allergy. But Mrs. EVİN is such an egoless doctor that I cannot forget the days when I cried in her room and she wiped my face, eyes and even my nose. (Even as I write now, my eyes are full when I remember those days) He even directed us to his professor friend to see if there was anything I missed. But the place we came back from was once again beside him. Because for years, it was better for our daughter to know us, our diet, our lives, and to apply treatment. It was not enough for the other doctor to do his best. It has caused everything to return to the beginning. We are very healthy now, all our allergies are over. He did not neglect to say take care of my children every time we leave him. Thanks to you we looked good. The nightmares are over.
We owe everything to their patience with us. Thank you for everything
Serious Disappointment
Upon the recommendation of two families, we made an appointment at 13.40 for our baby Emine to examine our couple of days old. We were not going anywhere because of the pandemic, and we came here 10 minutes early to avoid crowding the hospital. After we finished the entrance process, we were told to go to the 1st floor. It took exactly 45 minutes for our turn to come to us. The last time they took us to a room, we started to wait for Emine.
When it came to us, Emine Hanım, who had just given birth and could not get rid of the stress of fatigue and birth, suddenly used a lot of nonsense sentences such as "You do not look good, you need to rest. Your psychology may be disrupted ...". Just as he was saying, "We've been waiting for you for 45 minutes," my wife started crying.
Immediately afterwards, they stated that the newborn baby had jaundice and said that we should receive phototherapy. This was told to us without any analysis. In the morning controls at the hospital where we gave birth, the rate of jaundice was measured with a remote device. Although it was said that this device could mislead us 1-2 degrees, they sent us home. These were immediately taken to the 3rd floor, ie phototherapy. Later, a lot of blood tests were done.
They said that our baby will receive phototherapy for 3-4 hours and the first one is free. But when I was discharged, 250 TL was charged from me. When I asked why, they said that after blood tests, the second stage was passed. They wanted us to come a day later.
By the way, we saw Emine only in her room. We could not see it again. While we were discharged in the evening and when we came to this medical center the next day, a different doctor, Hasan Bey, took care of us. The most bombastic statement of Mr. Hasan was when we went to the control the next day, "Go to the hospital where you gave birth and ask the doctor to measure the jaundice of your baby with that device".
... and much more. All of what I said was written objectively, without any additional exaggeration. I am also ready for any kind of confrontation. Not a medical center, but a medical center that does not know what it is doing.
Thanks to the nurses.
We went to the hospital very hesitantly, looking at the comments. But I am very satisfied. Hüseyin Bey was interested and explained one by one. He listened for a long time. Everyone was polite and sweet-spoken. The hospital was clean. If they could only get the blood test on the first try, my daughter would have overcome all her hospital fear. But I think it's unfortunate. After that, our hospital is clear.
I read the negative comments in amazement. I don't remember a time when we called but couldn't reach, all staff and doctors are very interested, thanks to all of them. For 5 years, we have our two daughters, Mustafa Pekşen, our grandfather, if not in emergencies, it is not up to me, but all of them are examined by our other competent doctors. I always recommend it to all my friends who have children. I wish health and wellness to our doctors.
The following article was first sent to the hospital management e-mail address: [email protected]. It was shared here because no written or verbal answers were received.
Distinguished Lady / Gentleman;
We have 2 kids and we have been coming to your hospital for a long time. Unfortunately, however, we leave each day with worse memories.
As time goes on, businesses develop themselves, but you go to the contrary. Of course, we do not categorize the health staff. Administrative items are very bad.
It is very difficult to reach even if there is no density, it is impossible to reach the hospital on days without density. Since nobody answers the phone, you cannot get an appointment or information, you have to go directly to the hospital. There are a lot of people in front of you when you go. If you can speak, you can adjust yourself to that time. You are waiting there with a child who is already sick. Either your own child gets sick more or we make other children more sick.
No matter who is at the information desk, there is abuse! The attitudes are extremely rudely. The speeches are extremely ugly. Your mood is getting worse. It is a miracle that unpleasant things happen.
It is funny to expect hygiene even when there is no cleaning. Please see the attached picture! How could the place where you drink water be so dirty?
I recommend you to listen as a citizen.
