Bad service I went there in Oct 02 17 for send 1 letter for my nephew in Brazil. I paid 4.50 tl and today 04 Oct 17 my letter came in my home with stamp that like paid 0.50 kuruş .
I'm deception about this, I not send in Ptt near to home because always full long hours to be attending.
Really this simple service and can be bad.
Pls inform price abt freight by air to Iran for:
1-60*40*50 cm 10 kg
2-60*80*50 cm 20 kg
also inform during recrival.

There is not even one positive comment. Incoming cargo is waiting at the point for 5 days. It is circulating in the distribution in 3/4 days. No looking at the phone.
None of the employees there are doing their job. They absolutely do not deserve the salaries they receive. No one has been looking at the phone for days. How does the cargo that has been in distribution for 3 days does not arrive? It will be 1 week. Irresponsible people!
They put you at the head of that phone so that you can open it when someone calls and give you information, if you do not do it, let somebody who will do your job properly, sit in your place, when you get your salary, it will not be such a disgrace.
