I registered for the Prosthetic Nail Training on 15.01.2020. I paid 100 TL as the registration fee. The course was to start in March, but the course was canceled due to the pandemic. When I went to the center to demand the price I paid today, I could not find an official in any room I was directed to. Although I found it right for the assistant directors I found in the canteen to listen to me in their rooms during working hours, unfortunately I had to explain my problem while standing at a table for 7-8 people in the canteen garden. Fedai Yaman stated that the wage cannot be refunded. When I asked what logic could not be paid back for an education I had not received, they demanded me to write a petition. The petition was written and left. Dear officials. Necessary places were also notified.
