When I went on 05.11.2020, I heard that the lady wearing the headscarf in the downstairs box office told the mother and son who made the transaction before me, "We cannot give money today, you need to inform in advance." I said we were going to sleep, but how the lady at the box office understood, he warned not to stand up after 5 minutes, even though I stated that I was not uncomfortable standing up and even though I kept the social distance, he gave me a harsh rhetoric and we discussed. When it was my turn to the box office, he did not understand that I would be helping other people withdrawing money and thought that I was telling him something. I guess the branch manager did not question his officer, seeing us as guilty as if there was a problem. I think that people should not work in places where they are forced to work, are not satisfied with working, and cannot provide good service. I am not satisfied with the service I have received, I work with many banks, but I have never seen such a teller before.
