Incredibly slow service. They broke new ground in the bridal hair service, which was visited by appointment (4 people had hair), by leaving the bride's hair at the end. We didn't even have the chance to dislike it and ask for a correction. The barber normally asks for clothes and gives opinions, they have never been interested, everyone was made generic hair according to the head and left. The make-up service was not bad, but the make-up lady was breaking the pot with comments like your eyes were small. I wanted to have a manicure, but it couldn't be done because I came without an appointment. However, as of my observation, I did not understand why it could not be done, because the place did not seem intense at all: we had to sit in the hairdresser for about 6 hours because the hair could not be done, and although 4 of them were us as customers, there were no more than 7 people inside (naturally bored. we looked around). Besides, they were not polite at all, they did not even ask if you would like coffee.
