There are statues of giant king and god sitting in rows on the thrones, which are about 10 meters high. The faces of the sculptures face the sun. On this terrace are statues of the guardian eagle, representing the sky domination of the Kingdom of Commagene, guardian lion representing the kingdom of the earth, King of Commagene Antiochos I, Kommagene- (Tyche), Zeus - Oromastes, Apollon- Mithras and Herakles- Artagnes. Behind the thrones, King Antiochos, consisting of 234 lines, has a religious and social content will (Nomos). To the north and south of the terrace are relief steles of the Persian kings of the Commagene Kingdom. Again on this terrace there is a fire altar in front of the statues and a lion statue sitting next to it. The sunrise in Nemrut is watched from this terrace.
