I went to the Ecrimisil payment. Mustafa Bey was very helpful. Thank you he quickly solved my job. From there, I went to the expropriation section, I asked for paper for electricity subscription. The municipal employee came with me, entrusted me to someone. The friend photocopied my document and saw me off. All these things did not take even 20 minutes. Big applause to the employees. Every job is short and fast when you want.

The staff is concerned and warm. The surrounding of the building needs some cleaning and maintenance. Especially the closed parking lot environment

The processes are very fast, but there are some shortcomings regarding personnel behavior, I think these can be overcome.
