I do not understand what is due to the pandemic, but the officers are very slow and it takes 15 minutes to take a cargo. They take 5 minutes in the other PTT branch.

This cargo branch is unlucky, I bought products that were given to them, but they did not transfer them, and they stopped for days, I could not reach the phone, or had to cancel something else, and I did not rely on them.
