Friends altuner service staff are great, but vestel itself is not even worth 1 star. In particular, the point of view of other brands that are under Vestel's responsibility is unacceptable. I would like to thank Mr. Furkan and his holy lady, one of the Altuner service employees, for their interest and relevance.

I will not buy any product from Vestel from now on, they demanded a fee for the product whose warranty is not finished.

One time they helped with a fee and the next 3-4 times without charge in the breakdown. My television is still in their hands, but thanks to the master, it gives confidence, gives information and helps. Especially the repair master number ten.
