I give 4 stars because it is cheap, but do not expect a service, you can choose it if you go to sleep, but I gave 100 lira for two days.

If you are going to this apart, you better lie down in the park, everywhere is dirty, cleaning is done once every 2 weeks, in winter it is -10 degrees apart ...

The heaters are not working, we are freezing in a place like Karaman. Internet pattern is almost nonexistent, even if this is the only place you will stay.

I should be more meticulous and the reason I give 3 points is that they are tolerant and friendly.
