Just as when you enter Çorum you can smell fresh roasted chickpeas from every side, so is it in Kilis. Just as baklava with pistachio belongs to Gaziantep, Cezerye Mersin, spicy minced meat kebeb on skewer is from Adana, and must be Kilis. Moreover, you can search and listen to Gerebiç folk songs, which is also in the TRT repertoire, on the internet, and see where the city is. In this sense, I congratulate Serap Unlu Mamülleri for promoting our city by selling out of the city. I hope that initiatives like this will increase and the quality will increase with competition.
