When I went home and tried it to confirm, I was convinced that the pants were a little wide, and I went back to the store to return it. It was like 1.30pm, because my house was close, I could try and come back immediately. After waiting 15-20 minutes in the queue, after the return process, it was said that the refund could not be made due to an error caused by the pos device and they directed me to the cashier in the children's aisle. Although I had already waited in line for 20 minutes there, I was told that I had to queue and I said that I could not understand it, that I had already been waiting for 20 minutes, the problem was related to the system, not me, and I could not wait another 20 minutes. They said there was nothing to do. When I went to the other cash register and then to the other cash register, I left the store at 13.30 without returning it at 14.30. The problem was that, although M Bey told me that I could come and change during the day, they said that no action could be made during the day, but that it could be processed within 60 days, and I left without returning the product I bought because I could return it that day. Long story short customer service is terrible. If there was another branch in the city, I would say shop from there, but not. I will now have to buy from the internet. Even there they care more than that. In a word, disgrace.

A good store in Gaziantep. If you catch the discounts, you can find very high quality clothes at affordable prices, but other than that, the prices are very expensive. You may not want to buy a sweatshirt for 180 TL. The men's section is very small compared to the women's section and the clothing options are less. It is more difficult to find products on sale.
