We ordered our products without seeing them due to the pandemic process and our being out of the province. Mr. Volkan took care of us in a self-sacrificing way, even if our products were delivered piece by piece, the shape / details, durability, quality and elegance of the product were as described, only some products arrived defective (production error) and we have products that will be delivered late, but we do not have a problem, as you know, this pandemic. The store was interested in us due to the troubles and we were able to rule this out in communication. We experienced our biggest problem during the installation-setup phase and the store owner expressed his apologies about that ... Those who want to prefer can consider these. Generally a friendly-interested-reliable business. Thank you.
