This hotel is very convenient and located very closed to Istiklal street for shopping.The cleanliness and the service are very good. Rooms are also very good. The staff are friendly and you will easily find those who can speak English. I highly recommend Osmanlı hotel.

Hello first. I am writing this review to improve the service quality of the business and to give an idea to the guests who will go to the business. The location of the hotel is quite nice. The rooms, sinks and bathrooms look very clean. I do not know if it is being disinfected. The first negativity that caught my attention in the business was that no one except an employee wore a mask. The second negativity was that the room I stayed in was quite cold. The radiators were burning properly, but cold air was coming from the windows that penetrated the bones. Buddha made me feel cold as it was. Breakfast price was normal. I can say that the breakfast is satisfying. But the menu with meatballs, salads and buttermilk that I ordered in my room was a complete fiasco. It came with 40 grams of rice, 4 small meatballs and a plate of salad-like object (lettuce, tomato and cucumber mixture) on the plate, which I paid 55 lira in total. General rule in businesses is not to add salt to food. Salt is added later, salad was salty like poison. The meatballs had a heavy odor, being fried when they were oily possibly shocked. (I haven't been poisoned, it wouldn't be wrong to say healthy.) The breads were not fresh, the buttermilk was both open and old. So I can say that it is a mistake to bring such a fiasco menu to the customer. The number of meatballs should be at least 6, depending on the price, a few slices of fries should come with a few slices of greenery. In other words, it was a dish that was both reduced in portion size and tasteless. If you say it is worth 55 liras, it is definitely not worth it. In many hotels I have stayed, you can find many more delicious menus for this money. In short, this is the experience. I don't think I'll try again. But the cleanliness and the centrality of the business is the only point I can be wonderfully positive.

Before I came to Samsun abroad, I found it from Google, I got in quick communication via watsapp and they picked me up from the airport with the VIP vehicle. I was very, very pleased with the vehicle and the staff from the hotel. Thank you. 6 minutes to the city center
