The hotel wasn't nice, it didn't look clean and service wasn't proper as none was able to communicate in a none Turkish language. The shower water cut off/ gets cold during the shower. However, the breakfast serving staff tried to be helpful

Good hotel in samsun. Not a luxury hotel, the cheapest hotel in samsun, and all of the staffs very nice. They can not speak english, but always try to help and very friendly. I feel safe and comfort to stay in here. The room not 100％ like a star hotel, (old building), but they still try to clean all of stuff n linen, and everything like normal hotel, and for sure if they make a renovation, they can not give this price anymore, So i would like to give 5 stars, compare their hospitality, unlimited breakfast and good breakfast, everyday different, also the price reasonable with private bedroom and private bathroom. And the common area very nice and perfect, they has big space for chill. But unfortunately, they allow the guest smoke in the room. It will be better if they can separate smoking bedroom and non-smoking bedroom. Even though their room has very good air circulation. But still some people very sensitive. So the guest who didnt smoke can still stay comfort, they wont get complain. But i gave the suggest to them, hope they will organize well in the future. I really recommend people come and try to stay. They also allow me to leave my backpack. And another thing is close to local restaurant, city center, bus station ，(so very easy go to anywhere), close to tour company, u can find everything in here 💖

Dont go this hotel they charge my credit card double and i called them about double charge.. They said they will give me back my money..it was 2 months ago...and money didnt come even thou i sent my bnk account this is obviously scam hotel...keep away from this hotel
