I had a few times with the current Mukhtar Yasin Bey, but I never saw him. There is a mini-market, the youth headman who doesn't know who is waiting in the market. I called half a day notice because of irrelevant irrelevant young people there and finally I reached the conclusion myself. If a headman is to serve, he should only be a mukhtar and not do other works (So the muhtar should not be considered as additional income)
