We chose Sapanca paradise deluxe hotel because of my wife's birthday. they are definitely not professional. Don't ruin your vacation by coming here. Moreover, do not spend your time with nonsense with the waiters who offer filter coffee on a management that confuses the accounts and say that I drank all of them, not to mention the pricing on leaving the hotel we paid for. We have experienced and seen it personally.

The view from the rooms is incredibly beautiful. The friends took care of everything and the breakfast was successful. But we said dinner in the room, every meal we said was even more successful than restaurants. It was really delicious. They even said where we had to travel, what more should they do? The road is not bad as it is exaggerated, there are 3 5 pits due to rain, there is nothing to damage the lower teams, if you are stuck in them, do not come on a holiday in nature!

Service is terrible .. They put 1 water in the room .. We could not reach the reception during the night .. No phone in the room ... No number to call the reception .. Anyway, there is no person at the reception when we go ... We came to celebrate the birthday, I said let me make a surprise, we entered the room, the person decorates the candles at least even the candles were not burned into the surprise, my wife herself lit the candles 😂 Apart from the view, the jacuzzi is beautiful. Bring it or you will be thirsty like us until the morning.
