3 stars, two of them for a beautiful panoramic view and plus one more for the good design of the cafe. Not tasty, also the price isn't cheap. Instead of sause just mayonnaise, seriously? (

Delicious food and very polite staff. The interior is warm and clean. Food portions are big enough. Much cheaper than Istanbul’s tourist restaurants and better taste and service.
