Although they are a local marker, they are very good at product variety, quality product selection and fresh product supply. They are a bit behind in terms of price policies and employee satisfaction.
This week I ordered online from 3 different places, including this store. I had the worst experience with IMECE market.
First of all, I had an order of 222 liras. I was searched for the lack of certain products. We have even different brands instead of some. We canceled some of them due to the lack of equivalents. Therefore, the value of the order decreased to around 190-200 TL. But your store has put in plenty of pound products just to reach 222 lira. This is not a moral act at all.
In addition, my kernel walnut order was delivered almost 2 months ago as ground walnut. The product came in a stale taste, a mentholated odor permeated, in a package without proper protection. I did not deal with refunds, etc. because 13 liras would not hurt me. But I am not halal right.
Do not order online! Do not give!
A place full of irresponsible and ignorant employees who wait at the door without wearing masks during the pandemic period.
