On April 13, 2020, we went to their stores to try and buy the shoes we liked on their websites. I wanted to try the 44th number of a shoe I like. Then I asked for a big trick. But they did not want to fulfill my wish. I wanted to try another model because I don't have a number and they answered that if you are a buyer you can try. Then they said the store was closed. I understand that this brand's customer satisfaction policy works like this. I will not recommend this brand to anyone around me after that time.
