Even 1 star is more unfortunately, we used to be satisfied, but they have spoiled themselves for the last 1 year. They see the customer as one-off, they don't care about satisfaction. The journey between Istanbul and Sanliurfa came in exactly 22 hours, when we were supposed to come from Istanbul to Ankara in 6 hours, we had just arrived in Bolu :) There is no hygiene in the buses, and although the buses were very cold during the journey, they did not burn the air conditioners (also broken) Other acquaintances who preferred this company regretted a lot. Moreover, they do not take complaints into consideration. So in short; it is a company we will never prefer from now on. If you want to have a bad experience, you can choose.

6-hour journey, I can't say it was enjoyable, but we landed in Adana without any problems .. After landing, the service was good .. We did not have a problem, it was a friendly service. Thank you.
