The fee is 5 TL but unnecessary. Folks are parked on the side of the road to avoid paying. Receiving a receipt.

It is a public beach, but there is a parking lot entrance fee, no voucher or receipt, I guess not official. There is an entrance under the bridge 100 meters behind the parking lot entrance, so you can enter it free of charge.

Parking fee from the vehicles from the beach, but there is nothing on behalf of parking. So there's been some sort of beach entrance fee.
