Ok for me. About 40 minutes from istanbul airport. Can just walk to mall

Money and jewellery was stolen out of our room (safe!!!!!! It must have been the staff, who else is able to get into our room and open the safe) And they even used our make-up! 🤢 We went to the hotel management, and they treated us horribly. So we saw no other option than calling the police. We lost all our trust in the hotel and saw no other option except booking another hotel. Roc hotel refused to refund us the money for our stay, or anything else. We booked a different hotel. So in the end we paid for 2 hotels, lost money, jewelleries and our make-up. Our stay in Istanbul completely ruined. So a very bad experience! Be warned if you want to book at this horrible hotel! Horrible service!!! You definitely won’t be treated like how you want to be on your vacation! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

It was awful! The third stay in turkey, but definitely the last stay in this hotel! My things have been used by the stuff. And when we told them, the hotel reaction was extremely rude and ignorant! I definitely can't recommend this hotel at all

I had to stay here for a night because it was close to our business meeting, and I'm pretty happy with my experience. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms are clean however you can smell a bit of smoke other than that perfect for what you pay.
