Eve hic gelmeden eve geldik yoktunuz mesaji atiyorlar. Hakkim varsa emegi gecen herkesten haram zikkim olsun. They supposed to ship the items to the address ,but They usually do not go to the shipping address.After that,send a message to a receiver ,and make the receiver come to the office to take the item. That's how they work.It's shame on you.
All the delivery firms expensive for personal shipping but MNG is much more expensive. A small parcel to anather city is 45 tl. I will buy a bus ticket with that money.

My cargo comes to her husband's branch on 20.03.2021 and every time I check it, she writes that it is at the branch.
