My husband and I came to the pet shop hoping to buy a toy poodle puppy. We are so thankful that we chose this pet shop. We saw all of the 5 star reviews and knew right away the place was going to be amazing and the owner was going to be super helpful. Volkan, the owner, answered any and all questions we had and went above and beyond when we prepared to take our puppy home. He had no problem helping us in English since we only speak a little bit of Turkish. We are so thankful for Volkan and his pet shop and are so happy to have added a healthy puppy to our family! I would highly recommend Petshop İstanbul!

We got our lovely little Maltese puppy from here and he is adorable. Very friendly service and good advises to the first time puppy owners. Service in English, no problem! As an expat i was happy to have the puppy having had daily health check ups, passport and micro chip as well as contact with the veterinarian for the future vaccinations. Greetings from happy puppy, happy family. Thank you Volkan!

The dog that was given to me as a Maltese terrier turned out to be a straight terrier. When I wanted to return the animal within 5 days after learning this, I tried to linger with verbal tricks. I took it back, you will now look after that dog. I do not halal my rights to you. I will ask one by one to account for this, both in this world and in the afterlife. I am starting the legal process as soon as possible. I AM BLOOD YOU DON'T BLEED!
