There are 2 tellers so crowded and it is ridiculous to have 2 employees in one place. Which one should the employees catch up, there is always a queue, we are tired

The cargo did not come home to my delivery. Today I walked a mile and a half to the branch to get it and they asked for a bandwn ID I gave it tc When they come to the door, they rush away and ask for an identity card. I won this book through the internet raffle, and since the name there did not match my identity, not the real one, the employee started to raise his voice as if he would disgrace me in his own way. I gave me the name as I need it for cargo or I would not even give it that everyone uses different names on social media. If I am a liar, I have a number on the box, I even gave the cargo number, they put a really disgraced person. Century has PTT the guy is so good he is trying to help them, I thought that was the same and I went for the first time because we are connected to Esenler and the cargo was left there. If you do not want an identity card, I will give the name I want and this is the name I use in normal life. When I do not put an identity card, I complained that I cannot be the guilty. Now let me write it here.

You never get an answer to the phone calls, if that phone will not be turned on, just pull the plug and throw it away, you cannot reach any PTT branch, not just this branch. Where are we looking for ministries or even them? I am sure they can be reached from you. Also, all posts that appear open are closed. You go to the open ones, they do not accept cargo, it is not such a ridiculous system. If there is a disease, we all have it. I do not have to leave my house and walk 3 km.
