Nice hotel,good staff,convinent location,however heating needs to be improved

It was a wonderful staying in Istanbul. It was our first time in Istanbul we saw many hotels on internet but I think the hotel was the best one in Old City,Sultanahmet. Location is excellent. Only a few minutes to GrandBazaar, Hagia Sophia,Cisterns and Blue Mosque. All touristic places are too close to hotel. Clean was very well. Personal very helpful. They are turning around on you just help for you. Many thanks to all lovely personal. Definetely we'll prefer next time.

Excellent hotel from time of arrival until we left 2 weeks after. We were a group of 5, 3 different rooms and we all liked all 3. Spacious enough to move around freely with suitcases open. Hotel is centrally located, walking distance to Grand Bazaar and many tourists attractions. Breakfast was included, not a buffet due to covid but we all would get a traditional turkish plate nicely wrapped for safety, tea, coffee, delicious hot bread. The staff is amazing, all the guys at the reception desk go above and beyond to help you and guide you. They all speak english and make you feel at home, attending to all your requests. Our original trip was back in March but we had to cancel due to Covid and just came back now. The hotel manager Yasin granted us the voucher from March and everything was very smooth, Communication with him was excellent and professional. We had left a souvenir inside our room upon check out and the room service lady ran down to find us to give it to us. She became family during our stay, always happy to see us and would ask if we needed more towels or shampoo. Very clean place, nice spacious bathrooms. We have stayed in 4 different hotels in the area, like Pierre loti and by far this has been the best one. Before we left, we made reservations for march and can’t wait to see them all again. I wouldn’t stay in any other place now that we found this gem.

Excellent staff. Dont use any other transportation other than arranged by the hotel. Its half the cost.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect. The room was luxurious. The staff is the most helpful I've ever encountered. I can't wait to go back to Istanbul for vacation and to stay here again!
