Hanna Hotel

Great place to stay. 50m from Tram/Istanbul kart station. About 7 stations off the big grand bazaar and a couple more to Aya Sofia. Moden building with very tidy and modern interior. Very kind staff, even in Istanbul standard! Quite good breakfast. A bit noisy as there are ambulances going to a hospital nearby. I would stay again!

The place is beautiful and quiet and the service is excellent.

The hotel was booked by the hospital where my mother was schedule to receive treatment. We arrived early in the morning around 4 am, we were taken to the hospital at 7 am, just 3 hours in the hotel, no breakfast noting. Because of complication the procedure was cancel by the hospital and also our stay in the hotel. We were taken back in the hotel at 12. My mother was so tired from the travel to Istanbul and she had sleep only 2h. I talked with the receptionist can we have a breakfast because we miss it, because the early visit to hospital, he said after 10 you need to pay extra, ok we are leaving today at 5pm, can my mother get a sleep 1-2 hours in the room we were there only 3h in total, he said NO if you stay after 1pm you pay for 2 days. Yes it is a business I know, but when you have a cooperation with hospital and you give rooms to patient your staff should have more humanity in them,the room was not book by some we ask just for additional 1-2 hours

Great customer service. Great breakfast. Rooms are very clean and well designed including a safe which you can easily operate to keep your precious items. Located conveniently close to restaurants and tourism sites

Customer service is horrible, the person with glasses on reception is absolutely selfish, arrogant and rubbish, he is one those racist people. The hotel is not welcoming at all, staff are ignoring the foreign guests as I could notice that anytime I was sitting on the hotel lobby.
