Yüksel yenikapi s staff are the best , i ve been there for about 4 months due to covid19 ,we become a very close family . The team re So helpful , they never told u “impossible “ U always hear “problem YOK” . The hotel hygiene and sanitation are perfect ;they use the covid rules even after lockdown . The turkish food re delicious besides tht the cooking chefs try to make us more comfortable by cooking our moroccan meals . Buket , vedat ,abderahman , einshtein , Bilal, ozoza ,ilif ,and there main boss Ilhan. Thank you so much for everything ❤️ I m at morocco right now but i m sure about one thing ; if i came back one day , i ll stay at yüksel hotel no matter what ❤️

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone , the most racist staff from manager to the bell boy, the worst treat , they insulted and hit and the the mobile of the lady who was trying to record what they did to her and to the group who were with her as well staying at the hotel because of the current situation !! They kicked here out side the hotel at 12 AM !!!! This is very bad and shame and they should get punished!!! You are getting your money from the tourists and without them you are nothing . Get educated and show some respect if you know any !
