Nice service nice hygienic food...service was alert by Mr Yaqoob...

We enjoyed our four night stay here. The staff were very polite, the rooms clean and typically Turkish. The roof terrace restaurant/bar was fun, with albeit distant views of the Blue Mosque and the sea. The breakfast buffet is not varied particularly but is good enough. Recommended for a no frills stay close to the main tourist area.

Hotel location was excellent, check in was fast, smooth and efficient. Staff very friendly and caring. Booked an external excursion through these guys for the night river cruise which was 100% value for money. Breakfast was delicious and is worth considering if you are staying here. Varied everyday and tastes amazing. Rooms clean, tidy, warm and suitable for family, romantic breaks or business.

Even though booking.com have recommended that refunds be issued for any stays that could not go ahead due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, this hotel have refused to issue a refund. I have messaged 6 times now, including before and after the expected dates and am being ignored. Even though I will visit Istanbul again, I would not stay here.

Nice and peaceful area. Located quite close to all the tourist attractions. Bed and breakfast only. Terrace has a lovely view for breakfast. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and give great advice and guidance for touring.
