I strongly recommend this hotel to stay in, very good location in the city center, all services available nearby, rooms are big enough, quit hotel and the receptionists are very kind, gentle, cooperative. I really enjoyed 13 days staying in this hotel, I like it very much.
Good location lower than 4 stares I believe it's an old certificate it's not deserved 4 stars
I hope that by summer you will run out of business. Bullying, discrimination and stereotyping are and should no longer be tolerated.
It was a very bad experience with them. The hotel rooms are not clean at all, after 4 days of staying I asked them to change the bed sheets and vacuum the floor, they just arrange the mess if there’s any and no cleaning.
Asked about hair conditioner and the housekeeping told me you can buy it from any market we don’t have it
Poor breakfast
Dirty bathrooms ..very rude ppl .. it was bad experience and i will never stay there again ... not recommanded .
