Even though I had some issues with my check in but the staff were nice and kind, The problem is with the check out there is just one staff at the desk he was busy with another check in guest without giving me any importance or smile or word I told him i need to do my check out but he even didn’t reply to me with a single word he even didn’t call his friends to help him he was just ignoring me, I was waiting for 15 minutes just to make him start talking to me. Second problem is one of them staff came in morning while i was having shower and he was knocking the door then he immediately opened the door. But in general the hotel is nice rooms are nice big and comfortable too.

Royal Gold Hotel, a high level of luxury, providing service, breathtaking views, luxurious furniture, and spacious rooms, complete with large needs, a fully-integrated restaurant, and all kinds of dishes and cold and hot drinks. It has an indoor garden for smokers that offers all kinds of drinks. Its advantage is that it is located in the center of Istanbul, making it a favorite for travelers due to its proximity to all tourist and recreational sites. I recommend everyone to visit this upscale hotel

Excellent hotel with luxury fixtures. Gives look of Ottoman's style. Large rooms and comfortable for big families. Only handicap is non professional reception and weak customer service

Good hotel with all 5 star amenities. Location is near tram that takes you to all relevant places in Istanbul. Room looks very luxurious. Lacking on food service and response from front desk.

Don't be fooled by the five star rating. From poor service at reception to the rude staff in hotel lobby who couldn't even be bothered to hail a taxi. No hot tub no jacuzzi and tiny pool. Staff in breakfast room dont even let you to finish the food and pull the plate from under you. Rooms much smaller than pictures even with balcony. At the day of check out reception staff ask me to pay for my massage at spa which i paid already in cash to spa desk. It was very disappointing for a five star hotel. In general it's a three star hotel at best.
