Cozy hotel with polite, friendly, personable staff members who help you with bringing shopping bags and/or strollers up to your room. Building/rooms are antique looking and feeling but beautiful and full of character. Beautiful views of the harbor, buffet breakfast in a classy and antique looking dining area included in your stay as well. Hotel is located right in in the middle of a happening tourist district with restaurants, bars, tourist sites, and shops all around you, within walking distance. Hotel and hotel staff are also very children/family friendly/accommodating. Would definitely stay here during future visits to Istanbul!! 👍👍

Very nice place with kind stuff and clean rooms. The neighborhood is very nice with many people walking the streets. Ten minutes away from Ayasofya. Highly recommended!

I visited this hotel at the beginning of July with my mother (who is wheelchair bound). The guys were very helpful and the service and hotel was excellent. It is also very well located. I would recommend and would use again.

It's a good hotel if u wanna live in the center of all the attractions of istanbul like blue mosque hagia Sofia etc etc. But I would highly recommend to stay at taksim square and come to old town by train or even by bus. Just 20 min away. The hotel rooms are expensive , very very very small, not properly equipped just very basic. Breakfast is also just OK , not much variety. Customer service is very good and staff is amazing . Rooms need to be upgraded BUT then again , not much space or area to upgrade them.
