We landed in istanbul and headed straight to this cute little hotel. Loved everything about it. Clean spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. Amazing location if you want to shop. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Only drawback is getting there is a lil tricky if u r driving yourself. But with a local driver that wont be an issue.

The hotel is very good and the staff are very nice and clean and it is very similar to the existing photos and the service is very helpful and I like it very much good location but there is no view and there is no elevator single room small for a long stay I recommend and thank them for the good and comfortable stay and the help and service Good

Hotel whose rooms are dirty, sheets too. You will not have blankets and the rooms are cold. The breakfast offers almost nothing. I strongly recommend this accommodation. Do not believe the offers that introduce you to this hotel as a 3 star hotel.

Problems with accommodation and by the end of the evening after our arrival we did not have a room yet because we were accommodated in another. The stairs of one corridor were hardly accessible, and the rooms were too small with miniature bathrooms. Once we reached the room we were provided, it was not cleaned, the soaps from the hotel were used up to one (including the confused room), we had no toilet paper. The staff had not told us when breakfast would be and one of the two meals included in the price was dropped. They did not speak in any language other than Turkish, although they understood perfectly both Bulgarian and English.

Nice welcome but small hotel good for one person or two but only for work! No comfort!
