The room was very clean. The food is really good breakfast is impeccable. The staff is very polite and just a bunch of good people handling the hotel which is very nice to see. I forgot a t shirt that was valuable to me and the stafg arranged to ship it to my country. Everything about this hotel is excellent. I recommend going there.

Nice place. Food is good, the location is overlooking the golden horn, not far away from Eyyup Sultan, one of the most cherished places in Turkey. It is also close to Fatih and Taksim. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Hotel located in outside of main tourist area. There are local supermarkets however not much to see when walking around the local area. An uber from Taksim square back to the hotel will only cost 25 lira and there is free shuttle bus into the city. Breakfast and room service excellent. Staff friendly.

A five star hotel literally! Very friendly staff and so helpful. the room is amazing , very clean. A selection of pillows that you may choose from As per your comfort. The food is good. Highly recommended.

Very far from main areas no place to eat outside so bound to eat expensive food from their own restaurant. Very long up down corridor difficult to transfer luggage. Spa pathetic don’t know how to give Turkish bath. Girls in spa very rude not interested in giving services without tip. Good breakfast but less then many other hotels in Istanbul.
