I liked how friendly is very everyone working at the hotel. They really cared about their costumers. If you have any questions or need honest recommendations they always willing to answer. My room looked so cute and was clean every day. Location can’t be better it’s just so close to everything. Also frost of hotel is tram stop which goes to both directions and easy to get anywhere you want. They also can order covid testing and do it in your hotel room which is very good if you need for your flight. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone because for the amount you pay you get everything what you would need staying in Istanbul.

I don't understand how or why anyone would give a negative review for this hotel. Beautiful extremely clean rooms, Very professional team of staff from the front to the cleaning lady. Thank you very much for a wonderful time I had spent there. I've enjoyed almost a week at this hotel and definitely going back! The breakfast was so rich, I had to skip lunch! Highly recommended ! A lot better than most of the 5 star Hotels I've stayed all over the world.

Very good location, the room is small but clean. Breakfast is really good! Only the Wi-Fi is not really good & the road is pretty loud. The stuff otherwise is so kind like I have never seen before they helped us to get our baggage to the third floor, gave us earplugs when we asked what we could do about the noise and more. I really recommend this hotel for the price.

Fantastic hotel, outstanding Customer Service! Very friendly and professional staff. The hotel was very clean and modern. Close to main tourist attractions, and reasonably priced. A special thank you to Ibrahim and Kerem for making our time at the hotel extra special, thank you. Highly recommended hotel!
