Great location for people who likes to shop but , this hotel is not clean at all ,breakfast is not that good
This is by far the worst hotel in Istanbul, please don't go there and find somewhere else. While the people working their are extremely kind and helpful, especially a great guy called Aydın, the second shift receptionist was an awful man named Ufuk. By far he is the worst person in Turkey, he basically worships money, he treated us and other guests aggressively and even threatened to call the police for very simple issues. Save your time and money and find another hotel.
We had a very nice double room in the sixth floor, the room was pleasing and clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. Good choice for a low cost hotel.
Small but cosy rooms. Friendly staff.
