We tried their hammam and it almost ruined our trip. Massage was rushed and not relaxing then we went to the sauna before our bath and they told us we had to go because of water problems. They did not want to refund our money and we had to argue just to get part of it back.

You pay what you get. For the price, I thought it is in an excellent location, 5 to 10 minutes from most amenities, restaurants at the door, staff very helpful, clean and breakfast buffet included. It has a top terrace overlooking the sea and the blue mosque. Watch the seagulls is a show every morning. It is old but all works. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, hairdryer, hoovered every morning with fresh towels. They have bus service to and from the airport for £10, excursions, although is cheaper to go to places by yourself and city information and maps. In general, very pleasant experience. Street very noisy but it happens everywhere in the area as the streets are full of cars, taxis, people and seagulls. You can pay by card, supermarkets at the door aswell.

Very kind and warm staff. Decent rooms. Great views from covered terrace. Quaint cobbled streets. Best of all - the location is perfect for 24 hour restaurants, 24 hour express shop and just a few minutes minutes walk from the Blue Mosque/Sultanahmet square and all its glory.
