I made a short trip to Istanbul and reserved the deluxe room online. The room had a nice view of Haya Sofia mosque. The staff is very cooperative and amazing. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet especially the strawberry smoothies! Can’t forget the flavor of it.
The hotel is at an amazing location, all tourist attractions are within 5min of a walk.

Hotel food jobs all so bad not very bad. Poor behavioral service. A room in a basement gave everything hallucinatory
The hotel had everything and more than we wanted. The employers were beyond amazing always ready to help. Great area for tourists. Serhi especially was very kind and did a great job with the room clean very quick and organized. Would totally recommend the place, you wont regret.
What an amazing hotel. The perfect location.The staff were amazing and so helpful at anytime of the day. Great selection of food. The places near by are full of people creating great atmosphere. The main roads where there are plenty of shopping locations and big food brands just walking distance. All the cultural buildings near by are walking distance. I enjoyed my stay here and if I come back to Istanbul this will be the hotel I would come back again to as it has everything you need and location is prime too
I can only say good about this place. This hotel was absolutely amazing, the hygiene, the hospitality, the kindness, the elegance, the care, the ease, the facilities and so much more. One thing I have to say is the staff were so good, so professional from the cleaners up! I honestly can say this was the best hotel I stayed in and I have experienced many but this one had something extra special. I was so sad to go. I really didn’t want to leave. I will definitely return and come back to these beautiful people. You guys are the best 😍
